International Foundation for Minority Empowerment and Global Friendship, Inc. was established with the mission of providing minorities with tools and opportunities to improve their quality of life and to empower them as self-sufficient members of the community. To accomplish these goals, the foundation offers education, assistance and early intervention services.

The foundation also encourages and promotes global friendship by recognizing the contributions of individuals and organizations thereby reducing international conflicts and advancing peace.

  
 
To attain its goals the foundation works cooperatively with other private and public organizations, religious groups and neighborhood leaders and various United Nations outlets, that are respectful of the beliefs, values and traditions of the minority communities.
