::Bernard Malik - Founder and Executive Director:
 

Being deeply concerned with the overall progress of the minority communities, Bernard Malik has founded the Minority Empowerment organization and has taken the responsibility of being its first Executive Director.

 
Vision
 
  1. To help minorities in all possible ways, so that they may live and enjoy respectable lives via education and employment

  2. To promote people to people contact across the globe where our ever-conflicting world will find a platform to debate and brainstorm issues to peaceful solutions

  3. To create a multicultural society where one is not judged by the color of the skin and the status in the society, where global friendship and people to people contact overshadow the political boundaries of the world

  4. To work towards the all-round progress of the individual at the micro-level and the society-at-large
 
Belief
He is a devout Christian and firmly believes and practices:
"There is neither Jew nor Greek,
there is neither bond nor free,
there is neither male nor female:
for ye are all one in Christ ... "

Philanthropic work
A true philanthropic soul, he has involved himself with many human rights issues and has always tried to champion the causes of the downtrodden, the voiceless, and the deprived, to the authorities in concern, so that an effective change may be brought about.
 
  1. He has been part of Interfaith Delegation of Non Resident Indians to Gujarat for healing communal wounds

  2. He has been a pioneer and lead voice on issues of Human Rights for Indians

  3. He has been associated with and has made representations to the Prime Minister of India, President of the United States of America, many ministers of Indian Government, US Government, White House Advisors, Members of Parliament in many countries, US Senators, Congressmen, US State of Department, United Nations and International Human Rights Organizations
